Vapes Troubleshooting
Tips and best practices for our 510 and AIO Vapes
510 Trouble Shooting
Do not take back-to-back hits. Allow your cart to cool after each hit. When using Terra Labs cartridges, please limit yourself to 5 second hits.
Avoid exposing your cartridge to extreme altitude changes, such as flying with a filled cartridge.
Keep your cartridge at room temperature. Do NOT leave cartridges in your car where temperature can fluctuate or in direct sunlight.
Do not use a battery with a higher voltage than 3.4V to prevent overheating and oversaturation. For Luminous Series cartridges we recommend not using batteries with a higher voltage than 2.8V.
If the cartridge was sitting at a colder temperature than room temperature, ensure to pre-heat the cartridge before use.
It is ideal to keep your cartridge upright when storing and immidietly after use when unit is still heated.
Do not inhale during pre-heating. If the oil is not flowing well, activate the battery for a few seconds before you start inhaling.
If your battery fails to activate your cartridge, it is possible that the cartridge is attached too tightly to the battery. Slightly unscrew the cartridge and try again.
Use button-activated batteries to preheat and allow the oil to warm up and gently draw on the cartridge until it becomes unclogged.
